Processing & Fulfillment Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as holiday sales), processing times may be extended. If a delay is expected, we will communicate this via email.

Shipping Scope

EucalyptH currently only ships to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time within Australia: 7–12 business days from the date of dispatch.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or through marketing channels.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

If you do not receive tracking details within 4 business days of your purchase, please contact us at customercare@eucalypth.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will attempt to correct the issue prior to dispatch, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

First, check with household members or neighbors.

Then contact the shipping carrier directly for additional details.

If the carrier is unable to assist, please reach out to us within 10 days of the delivery date at customercare@eucalypth.com. We will assess the situation and determine if a replacement or resolution is appropriate.

Please note: EucalyptH is not liable for lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless evidence is provided that supports non-delivery.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, labor strikes, carrier interruptions, or pandemics.
