Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Eucalypt House. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.


Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your item to initiate a return request.

Returns requested beyond this 14-day window will not be accepted under any circumstance.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, use, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, you must email us at eucalypth@gmail.com with your order details. Do not return any items without prior written confirmation from us. Items sent back without authorization will be refused.


Return Shipping Costs

As we cover the initial shipping cost for orders, return shipping costs are strictly the responsibility of the customer. 


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Beauty products and personal hygiene items, once opened or used.

  • Perishable goods, including but not limited to food, flowers, and plants.

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved or made-to-order items).

  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards and promotional giveaway items.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating the return process.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement, provided that:

  • You contact us at eucalypth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and

  • You provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or issue (including packaging and shipping label, where applicable).

Failure to provide adequate proof may result in the denial of your claim.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, you must:

  1. Initiate a return of the original item (subject to eligibility).

  2. Place a new, separate order for the desired product.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, as mandated by applicable consumer protection laws. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item:

  • Remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Has all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase.

All other terms, including shipping and non-returnable item exclusions, apply equally to EU returns.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
